FIFTH Bedroom: 480€/month, Available September the 1st (2024, for the start of this academic year)

All Rooms Include: a Bed, Working Desk, Library, Large Wardrobe with Mirror. some of them only differ slightly in size (difference which the price accounts for)

All Prices include all variable expenses of: Electricity, Water, Gas, fast Interent unlimited consumption, Condominium fees, Ensurance, Usual Maintenance Garbage Tax, and Contracting fees.
