You can drive in France with your European license as long as it is valid. It is not necessary to exchange your European driving license for a French license to drive in France. However if you are not in the possession of a european license and you wish to pass your french driving license it will cost you around 1200/1500€. Remember that it is expensive but the main advantage is that it is valid throughout the whole word!
Please Note: there is the Toulouse-Blagnac Airport that is an international airport! Either for travelling or to go back to your home country, don’t be afraid there are the commodities. Safe and unsafe parts of town, places to avoid at all times, etc.
Is Toulouse a safe city?
YES but NO: Indeed, if we refer to the ranking of the 20 most dangerous cities in France, Toulouse comes in 11th place after Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Montpellier…
But this classification is made in relation to the number of inhabitants / number of crimes and misdemeanors ratio. However, in this ranking this ratio is given as the average for the city of Toulouse, whereas in fact it only concerns certain geographical areas of Toulouse.
